Since Comic Con is this week, I wanted to show you my discovery that everyone wants to be a superhero. Set to my song, Wonder Woman, I found a lot of people dressed as Wonder Woman & Superman. You’ll also see me encounter a minion, villains and host of other characters.
I’m so thankful my new album is finally out! I hope you’ll support this project I’ve spent the past 4 years working on. I’m grateful to my family for hanging in there with me through the ups and downs. David Longoria & Robert Eibach helped me produce what I believe is my best work yet. I hope the songs I’ve written will truly take you on a journey of “Love & Discovery.” You can support my music by purchasing it on iTunes, Amazon or if you want an autographed copy, you can buy off of my BandCamp store.
I’ll be hitting the stage on June 21st, Father’s Day
performing at a very special concert at Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles. In light of recent racial conflicts and tension across the country, Unify LA is being organized to promote peace and bring together diverse cultural communities. The concert will follow the LA Sparks Game and feature internationally renown speaker, Nick Vujicic, who was born without legs and arms. I’ll be joining other artists like rapper Lazarus and musician Joel Gaines for what will be a powerful afternoon of music. Tickets on sale now at unifyla.com Group discounts available.
I had the privilege of performing at the the Asian Pacific Alumni UCLA Gala. I performed a set of my songs in front of notable Bruin alums such as George Takei (Star Trek) and Alumnus of the Year honoree, Randall Park star of ABC”s hit series Fresh Off the Boat. I also teamed up with UCLA A Cappella group, Road to Damascas and Only Won for a rousing rendition of my song, Swaying. There were also scholarships awarded to current students for exemplary achievement. It was a great night to be a Bruin!
I’m super excited that my 1st single is finally coming out and will be available worldwide to purchase on iTunes May 11th. The song was produced by David Longoria and remixed by Robert Eibach, one of the hottest emerging DJs on the EDM scene. Stay tuned for more remixes of the song hitting the clubs. I’ll be making those available soon as well.
I’ll be performing at a benefit gala for the Asian Pacific Women’s Center. It’s an incredible organization making a difference in the lives of women and children who are victims of domestic abuse. They have a shelter for these victims and help them gain independence from their abusers. The gala will take place on Wed. May 13th, 2015 at 6pm at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown la
Even though I mainly sing Pop, EDM and R&B music, I am hugely influenced by jazz. I got the opportunity to exercise those jazz muscles last week as a special guest at David Longoria’s show at Vibrato. Vibrato is a premier jazz club owned by Herb Alpert so it was a real treat to perform there. Hope you enjoy this very special live performance of “My Funny Valentine,” the Rogers and Hart classic.
