I was honored to have won the 2015 Hollywood Music in Media Award for Best Dance Song for “I Feel Alive.” What an amazing night to win at the same ceremony that one of my songwriting heroes, Diane Warren, also won an award for Best Song in a Film. Other music legends presenting included Verdine White of Earth, Wind & Fire and Musical Director, Rickey Minor. The song is inspired by Romans 6 and to have it recognized in a mainstream category is fantastic. I hope it can continue touch people around the world.
